Gracechurch Shopping Centre is committed to making every visit comfortable and welcoming for all our guests. We provide a range of facilities and services to support visitors with accessibility needs.
Shopmobility
Our Shopmobility service offers the free loan of mobility scooters to help you move around the centre with ease. Please note that powered wheelchairs are no longer available for hire. Scooters are available during centre opening hours, subject to availability. To register in advance, please complete the form below — our team will review your details and have a scooter ready for you on arrival.

Changing Places Facility
Gracechurch Shopping Centre has a Changing Places facility for visitors who cannot use a standard accessible toilet. It provides additional space and specialist equipment including a height-adjustable adult changing bench and a ceiling track hoist, with room for a wheelchair user and up to two carers. This is an important facility, as there are a limited number of Changing Places facilities available within the local area.

Complete the registration form below so our team has your details ahead of your visit.

Arrive on site
On arrival, head to the intercom located outside the former Customer Care office.

Call Security
Use the intercom to let our Security team know you have arrived to collect your scooter.

Collect your scooter
A member of the Security team will meet you at the intercom, hand over your mobility scooter, and explain how it works. Please return the scooter to the same point at the end of your visit.
